 I am a professional Certified Notary Signing Agent who understands that the loan process is a team effort. I take my position on this team very seriously.

I graduated from NCI Real Estate Institute and received my real estate license in the state of Michigan in 1982.

I have served as a notary both in Kentucky and now here in Central Florida.

I am a member of the NNA and the American Society of Notaries.  I am a perfectionist who strives for excellence in everything I do and I have a genuine interest in the professional and ethical image of the American Notary Public.

 I understand that your clients are the heart of your business and that quality, accuracy, professionalism and timing are crucial in maintaining your clients satisfaction.

When You place a closing request through me, you can expect the lines of communication to remain open throughout the entire closing process. I contact the borrower immediately to confirm the appointment. I email a reply back to you when I have received and printed the docs and I place a call or email you immediately upon returning from the closing. You stay informed each step of the way.

When I arrive at the borrowers location, I greet them with a smile and a handshake, portraying a professional and friendly image for both of our companies. I explain to each and every borrower,  before the signing begins, that if they have a question I can not answer, we will pause so that they have a chance to contact their loan officer for answers. This lets them know that I am willing to take the time to insure they are secure and satisfied in their dealings with your company. Your clients are reassured that their satisfaction is our top priority.

I go through each and every document a second time, at the table, to insure that all areas have been properly executed. This eliminates the need for a second trip and lets your client know that we are not only friendly and professional but thorough as well.

 I handle each and every closing with the image of both our companies in mind.

The role of a Notary Public has, since ancient times, been considered an honorable and noble office. Notaries who held this position were considered, by members of their communities, to be of high moral fiber and Integrity.
In modern society, where fraud, terrorism and identity theft are on a rampage, the moral fiber and integrity of our notaries is vitally important to secure the well being of our nation,  its' people, and the businesses that serve them.
For this reason I adhere to the American Society of Notaries Code of Ethics.

I, as a member of the American Society of Notaries, having accepted the responsibilities of the office of Notary Public, in order to faithfully discharge my duties with both competence and integrity, resolve to adhere to the following standards of conduct:

To uphold the trust placed in me by the public I serve;

To maintain a professional manner suitable to the office I hold;

To treat each individual fairly and equally, with kindness and respect;

To always be satisfied that the individual appearing before me understands the contents of the document to be executed or oath to be administered before proceeding;

To always satisfy myself as to the identity of the individual appearing before me in my capacity as Notary Public;

To not betray the confidence of any individual appearing before me;

To not perform any notarial act in which I am a party in interest or from which I stand to benefit;

To never divulge the contents of any document nor the facts of execution of that document without proper authority;

To keep informed of the law regarding the duties and powers of the office of Notary Public in my jurisdiction and not compromise that law;

To exercise extreme care to ensure that the notarial seal, stamp, and records are kept in a safe place and are not used by any other person;

To always conduct myself and perform my duties in a manner which will bring credit to myself, my office, and the Society.
